Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 'Amar Teacher' application. This app is owned and operated by NexGen Apps Lab. By using this app, you signify your agreement to these terms.

1. Purpose and Service

This app acts solely as a communication platform between teachers and students. NexGen Apps Lab does not directly recruit teachers, guarantee employment, or control private tuition arrangements. It is an open platform where users connect independently.

2. User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and truthful information (Name, Photo, Address, Phone Number) during registration.
Creating fake accounts, impersonation, or providing misleading educational qualifications is strictly prohibited.
The responsibility for verifying the authenticity of any information provided by a teacher or student lies entirely with the user. The authority will not be held liable for any disputes or unwanted incidents.

3. Security and Personal Safety

Please exercise extreme caution regarding personal or financial transactions resulting from communication through the app. Never share sensitive financial info or OTPs. For face-to-face meetings, always choose a public place. Any unethical or anti-social use of the app may lead to permanent ban and legal action.

4. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

The authority reserves the right to terminate your account and delete your data permanently without prior notice if you violate these rules. You can also manually delete all your information at any time using the 'Delete Account' button located at the bottom of the Navigation Drawer.

5. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. 'Amar Teacher', its developers, or NexGen Apps Lab shall not be held liable for any financial loss, personal issues, accidents, or technical errors arising from the use of this application.

6. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Terms & Conditions.
