NexGen Apps Lab built the Amar Teacher app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by NexGen Apps Lab and is intended for use as is.

• Educational Qualifications and Subject Expertise
• Physical Address (Area, Thana, District)
• Photos (for profile identification and documents)
• Precise Location: We collect precise location data (GPS and network-based) to enable the core feature of finding nearby teachers or students. This information is only collected while the app is in use (Foreground Location). We do not track your location in the background or share your real-time location with third parties for advertising purposes.
• Device IDs and Usage Statistics

The information that we request will be retained by NexGen Apps Lab via the domain (www.amarteacher.com) and used strictly as described in this privacy policy.

Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use SHA-256 encryption and secure server-side logic to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Data Deletion Right

You have the full right to access, rectify, or erase the data maintained by us. We respect your privacy, therefore:

• You can directly delete your account and all associated personal data using the 'Delete Account' button located at the bottom of the Navigation Drawer within the app.
• Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from our active servers.
